Insurance Plans Accepted

We accept all Major PPO Insurance Plans including Aetna, Anthem/Blue Cross, Blue Shield, Cigna, HealthNet, Health Comp, Multiplan, and United as well as Medicare (Traditional and Advantage PPO) and Tricare.

We do not accept MediCal, HMO, or Covered California (Obamacare) Plans.

However, we do offer a significantly discounted rate for self-pay patients.

Insurance Benefits

As a courtesy to all of our patients we will contact your insurance company prior to your first visit to obtain your insurance benefits which we will discuss with you prior to your visit.

Dr. Lueg has full admitting and surgical privileges at Community Memorial Hospital of Ventura.

Dr. Lueg is founder of the Southern California Balloon Sinuplasty Center in Ventura, California.
